Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Miramar Beach, FL is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will be the face of the brand, passionate about products and building loyalty with guests.

You will engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate on products, and promote the loyalty program while flexing across the floor and stock areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy engaging with guests and creating a positive shopping experience.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Retail experience is a plus; availability evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie products and recommend options.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Move flexibly across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns in line with company policy while maintaining service.
• Collaborate with teammates to get the job done.
• Adhere to AE policies and procedures at all times.
