American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will be the face of the company, passionate about AE and Aerie products, and ready to help guests find exactly what they need.

You will work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, promote the loyalty program, and contribute to building lasting brand loyalty while reflecting our values and standards.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and fit needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following policy.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals.
• Represent the brand with integrity and adherence to policies.
