Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is looking for a part-time Brand Ambassador in Naples, FL to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and bring the brand to life for every guest.

You’ll engage with guests using our selling model, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program. Flexibility across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom is required, with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people!
• You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You're available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays)
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You've worked in retail before.
• You're at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! You engage with every guest to help them find what they're looking for with a friends-first mindset.
• You're passionate about AE & Aerie products and educate guests on product details with recommendations.
• You share the brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• You can flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• You're an innovative problem solver, resolving guest concerns while following company policy.
• You're a team player and willing to assist the team to get the job done.
