LOFT in Springfield, MO is seeking a Sales Associate to be the brand ambassador, connect with customers, and guide their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations while keeping the sales floor impeccably organized.

You will collaborate with your team to create memorable customer experiences, share product knowledge, use brand behaviors to build loyalty, and operate the POS system to support a seamless omnichannel experience; availability includes evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
