Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Raleigh, NC is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You will deliver an outstanding shopping experience, educate guests on AE/Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs.

The role requires flexibility across sales, cash wrap, fitting rooms, and stockroom, while upholding store policies and values. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment with energetic teammates, connecting with guests and representing the brand with integrity

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to engage customers and build rapport quickly.
• Comfort with fast-paced retail environments and shifting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make relevant recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to store policies.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals and deliver great guest experiences.
• Uphold company policies and demonstrate integrity in all actions.
