Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Brandon, FL. You will deliver an exceptional shopping experience and represent our brand with passion, engaging guests and helping them discover AE and Aerie products.

You’ll promote the loyalty program, work across store zones, and assist the team to ensure a fun, welcoming environment. Ideal candidates bring energy, enjoy interacting with people, and have prior retail experience.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills to engage guests and build rapport.
• Comfort with fast-paced environments and multi-tasking.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product and make fitting recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support the team to ensure a positive, memorable shopping experience.
