Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to create an amazing shopping experience and be the face of the brand. You’ll educate guests on AE/Aerie products, promote our loyalty program, and move seamlessly across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom to meet needs.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy interacting with people, and bring energy and integrity to every shift while supporting your team and upholding store policies.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and can stay energized in a fast-paced store.
• Previous retail or guest-service experience is a plus.
• You can multitask across salesfloor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• You are at least 16 years old and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests and help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie products and suggest fit and style options.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following policy.
• Support your team and contribute to a positive store environment.
• Uphold AEO policies and procedures in all interactions.
