KIKO MILANO in New York City's SoHo flagship is seeking a Beauty Advisor to embody the brand, deliver exceptional service, and help customers discover looks that reflect their style. You will provide product expertise, artistry, and an elevated shopping experience.

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll demonstrate makeup techniques, share skincare knowledge, and stay current on launches. Join a vibrant team and grow with BeKIKO training and in-store events.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or specialty retail.
• Passion for makeup, skincare, beauty trends, and creating memorable customer experiences.
• Experience with makeup application, beauty consultations, or product demonstrations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build genuine customer relationships.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals in a customer-focused retail environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every customer with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine passion for beauty.
• Deliver personalized consultations by identifying customer needs and recommending products tailored to their individual style and routine.
• Demonstrate makeup application techniques and share product knowledge that inspires confidence and drives sales.
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and authentic brand storytelling.
• Consistently represent the KIKO MILANO brand through appearance, artistry, and customer interactions.
• Support store sales goals by delivering an elevated customer experience and achieving individual performance targets.
• Complete BeKIKO training modules, product education, and development programs to stay current on new launches, artistry techniques, and service standards.
• Share customer insights, product feedback, and business opportunities with store leadership to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Support in-store events, product launches, and promotional activities that build excitement around the KIKO brand.
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards throughout the store.
