You will demonstrate makeup techniques, share beauty knowledge, and help build lasting relationships while supporting store promotions and brand storytelling. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or specialty retail preferred.
• Passion for makeup, skincare, beauty trends, and creating memorable customer experiences.
• Experience with makeup application, beauty consultations, or product demonstrations preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build genuine customer relationships.

• Support store sales goals by delivering an elevated customer experience and achieving individual performance targets.
• Cross-sell and recommend complementary products to enhance every customer's beauty routine.
• Complete BeKIKO training modules, product education, and development programs to stay current on new launches, artistry techniques, and service standards.
• Share customer insights, product feedback, and business opportunities with store leadership to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Support in-store events, product launches, and promotional activities that build excitement around the KIKO brand.
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards throughout the store.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, fully stocked, and aligned with brand standards.
