Job summary

KIKO MILANO is seeking a Keyholder to support the Store Manager and assist with daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

The Keyholder will serve as Manager on Duty when needed, motivating staff to drive sales while upholding company standards and exceptional customer service. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail supervisory experience.
• Proven record in sales and customer service.
• Knowledge of store operations, opening/closing procedures, and team management.
• Proficiency with retail POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing procedures and maintain store standards.
• Prioritize tasks as Manager on Duty, ensuring efficient operations and safeguarding assets.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs (P+, UPT, conversion).
• Ensure consistent application of Company training and product knowledge.
• Support staff on the floor to maintain top-level customer service.

OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES
