Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience at Lead Supervisor level in retail.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds and move stockroom/sales floor as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Lead initiatives and support full operation of the business.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and improve store performance.
