Qualifications

• Retail or similar high-volume customer service experience preferred.

• Ability to stand, walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfort operating a register and performing sales floor and back-of-house tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and personalized styling assistance.
• Meet or exceed individual KPIs and contribute to store sales plans.
• Support floor sets, replenishment, and other operational activities.
• Maintain store visual standards and uphold company policies.
