Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is seeking outgoing individuals to represent our brand at local events and retail locations. You will start conversations and connect with potential customers, sharing information about our window and door solutions and helping set up in-home consultations for the sales team.

This role offers an hourly rate of $23 with weekly performance bonuses, paid training in communication, lead generation, and event marketing, mileage

Formación

• Comfortable talking to new people and building rapport.
• Positive, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Interested in gaining experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement.
• Able to stand for extended periods during events and lift up to 50-lbs.
• Personal reliable transportation required.
• Valid driver's license required.
