Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Dover, DE to bring our brand to life and provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience.

You will engage customers using the AEO Selling Model, educate on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while delivering friendly, energetic service.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and helping guests.
• You're available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You've worked in retail before.
• You're at least 16 years old.
• You love AE and Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they want.
• Educate guests on product details and make suggestions to fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Support your team and contribute to a positive store environment.
• Uphold integrity and AEO policies in all activities.
