Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Houston, TX is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador. You will bring the AE brand to life in-store, create a positive shopping experience, and represent our values with authenticity.

You’ll educate guests on AE and Aerie products, promote our loyalty program, and flex across salesfloor, fitting room, and stockroom while delivering friendly, energetic service.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passionate about AE & Aerie products and brand loyalty.
• Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they want.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make product suggestions.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following policy.
• Support your team and collaborate to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to company policies.
