Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll create an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program with a friends-first attitude.

You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, resolving guest concerns with integrity and teamwork. Prior retail experience helps, but energy and reliability are key.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy interacting with people and delivering great guest experiences.
• Experience in retail is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find exactly what they need.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and make fitting recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
