Job summary

AEO's Oklahoma City store is hiring a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life and deliver an amazing shopping experience.

You’ll engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and introduce our loyalty program while staying flexible across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.

We value energetic team players who love interacting with people, have prior retail experience, and can work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and can handle a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• You are at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a 'friends first' mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest fitting items.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support your colleagues.
