Job summary

Aerie, a fast-growing lifestyle brand from AEO, is looking for a part-time Brand Ambassador in West Des Moines, IA. You will bring the brand to life and create an amazing shopping experience.

You’ll educate guests on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.

The role emphasizes energy, teamwork, integrity and a passion for AE products, with opportunities to grow within the brand.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using a friendly, 'friends first' approach to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest options to fit needs.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following store policies.
• Collaborate with team to ensure the store runs smoothly.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to company policies.
