Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Brand Representative (Sales Associate) in Springfield, MO to drive sales and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will build relationships, share product knowledge, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment while meeting individual and store goals. Key duties include anticipating guest needs, managing register transactions accurately, supporting inventory and window displays, and upholding loss-prevention practices.

Qualifications

• Brand Representatives must be at least 18 years of age.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and/or squatting.
• May be required to climb ladders and stairs.
• Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service by anticipating guest needs and following service standards.
• Builds relationships and loyalty with guests; maintains a clean and organized store.
• Handles register transactions accurately and processes cash and returns with precision.
• Supports inventory preparation and merchandising displays; maintains loss prevention practices.
• Reports to work as scheduled and adheres to time and attendance procedures.
