You will work with the team to hit personal sales goals, maintain impeccable store standards, and handle transactions accurately at the POS while contributing to a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available to work nights & weekends.
• Extensive standing and walking for long periods, light lifting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, identify needs, and recommend merchandise with styling tips.
• Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to overall store targets.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Maintain store standards, organize displays, and ensure a visually appealing environment.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and assist with inventory tasks.
