Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Brand Representative to deliver a world-class guest experience in our Bloomington, MN store. You will help guests find the right merchandise and offer styling recommendations while upholding brand standards.

You will also work toward personal sales goals, assist with inventory, processing transactions, and maintain neat displays, all while staying flexible for nights and weekends to support the team and customers.

Qualifications

• No degree required; must be 18+ and able to work nights & weekends.
• Strong guest service mindset and ability to upsell.
• Good product knowledge and merchandising skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a smile and determine needs; offer styling recommendations.
• Meet personal sales goals and upsell/cross-sell to improve guest experience and drive sales.
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets, maintain store standards and a world-class guest experience.
• Maintain product knowledge and understand merchandise features, benefits, and pricing.
• Keep shelves and displays stocked, clean, and visually appealing; process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Assist with inventory tasks including receiving shipments and counts.
• Follow company policies, safety protocols, returns/exchanges per policy.
• Report to work as scheduled and be flexible to business needs.
