Leap is seeking a passionate Sales Associate to represent our brand in Atlanta stores, delivering authentic customer experiences and building meaningful connections.

You will apply product knowledge, support daily sales goals, and maintain a welcoming, service-driven environment while collaborating with teammates. This role may involve opening/closing duties and keyholder responsibilities, with bonus eligibility and Leap perks.

Formación

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience required.
• Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication skills with diverse range of customers.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and confidently share brand stories.
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to support store priorities.
• Ability to take opening/closing procedures and keyholder duties.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through authentic engagement and personalized recommendations.

• Support store operations including merchandising, replenishment, and cleanliness.
• Complete opening and closing procedures and keyholder duties as needed.
