Job summary

POP MART is seeking energetic, customer-focused Sales Associates to bring our unique brand to life at Willowbrook Mall. You will serve as a brand ambassador, delivering memorable shopping experiences through product knowledge, storytelling, and sales excellence.

You will also support merchandising, inventory, and a clean, welcoming store environment. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of retail experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for collectibles, designer toys, and pop culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of customer-facing retail experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently recommend products.
• Interest in collectibles, designer toys, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Comfortable learning new technology, point-of-sale systems, and operational processes.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver exceptional service to build authentic relationships.
• Share POP MART's story, artist collaborations, and product collections to educate customers.
• Provide personalized product recommendations and upsell complementary merchandise.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and loyalty transactions using the POS system.
• Assist receiving shipments, replenishing merchandise, and maintaining stockroom accuracy.
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and safety across sales floor and backroom.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily sales goals and exceptional customer experiences.
• Cross-train to support POP MART Robo Shop replenishment and inventory processes.
