You will assist customers in finding products, maintain a well-presented store, and support omni-channel orders such as in-store pickup and ship-from-store. The role emphasizes delivering warm customer service, balancing engagement with operational tasks, and maintaining presentation standards

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers. Anticipate needs, initiate conversation in a comfortable and natural way, and offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
• Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment. This includes folding, hanging, sizing, and ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Accurately and efficiently process purchases, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a friendly and positive checkout experience.
• Create a seamless omni-channel experience by supporting Save the Sale orders, fulfilling In-Store Pick-Up, and packaging ship-from-store orders.
