Job summary

Urban Outfitters in Chandler, AZ is seeking Brand Ambassadors to bring the store experience to life through personal style, authentic conversations, and a love for pop culture. You’ll help customers, showcase products, and create a memorable vibe that reflects the UO spirit.

You’ll engage shoppers on the sales floor, stock displays, and use in-store tech to support shopping journeys—online or in store—while staying flexible to shift needs and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Love for Urban Outfitters and its brand
• Confidence expressing personal style and creativity
• People-first mindset and helping others

• Able to thrive in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment
• Flexible scheduling (nights, weekends, holidays)
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus, not required

• Bring the Brand to Life by staying current on product drops and trends
• Create energy on the salesfloor with authentic conversations and enthusiasm
• Make shopping seamless with organized displays and stocking
• Assist customers through in-store and online shopping options
• Stay curious, flexible, and ready to pitch in where needed
