Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Bridgewater Township, NJ is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life daily and provide an exceptional shopping experience for every guest.

You’ll engage customers using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and invite them to join the loyalty program, while flexing across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy interacting with customers.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a 'friends first' mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest fits.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following policy.
• Work as a team and uphold integrity without compromise.
