Job summary

Coach is seeking a Supervisor - Food & Beverage to lead the Coffee Shop’s daily operations, model exemplary service, and uphold Coach’s high brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will recruit and mentor baristas, oversee beverage and food preparation, manage inventory, cash handling, and customer satisfaction while maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere and a calm, professional demeanor. Flexibility to work weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or food service management.
• 6 months to 1 year in a role with frequent customer interaction.
• Experience delegating tasks and coordinating staff.
• Meet store operating policies including quality beverages and cash handling.
• Able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Understand objectives and make decisions with District Manager aligned to company priorities and values.
• Recruit, train and mentor baristas to maintain standards and a positive environment.
• Oversee and direct baristas in the preparation and serving of food and beverages.
• Order product and conduct inventory to ensure proper operation of the coffee shop.
• Manage customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Balance cash registers and make deposits.
• Act as a brand ambassador in the local market/mall to drive business.
• Provide feedback to others and coach performance to higher standards.
• Maintain interior upkeep of the Coffee Shop.
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures including POS and operations procedures.
• Ensure all daily tasks are completed without negatively impacting service.
• Be adaptable and maintain a calm and professional demeanor.
