Whyte & Mackay is seeking a Brand Ambassador in Austin for an evenings and weekends only, part-time seasonal role. You will train retail staff, drive consumer tastings, and ensure brand standards across assigned stores.

Ensure sales associates are trained and motivated to sell our brands to consumers.
Make certain assigned stores lead the market in velocity and depletions
Drive consumer trial and purchase with a regular program of demos and tastings in-store.
Execute a strategy from Leadership to reach consumers in and out of store, always with a aim to push sales back to partner retailer.
Enforce and maintain ideal brand standards in store, with detailed attention to inventory, shelving and adjacencies.
Serve as Whyte & Mackays eyes and ears with chain retail, reporting not only on our brand’s representation in stores but that of our competitors as well.
Maximize in-store programming from Consumer Marketing and Trade Marketing.
Work with team and partners to ensure agreed-upon assets and programming are in place and activated per brand plans.
For this role we're looking for:
A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in the beer, wine, or spirits industry
A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and access to a vehicle.
Confident and convincing presenter.
Skilled at creating activity reports and recaps
Familiarity with three tier system in beverage alcohol industry, and laws that regulate supplier activity.
Willingness to work non-traditional hours (evenings, weekends)
