Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Grand Junction to bring our brand to life in-store and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will guide guests through AE & Aerie products, share brand love, and promote the loyalty program.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to engage guests and build brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they’re looking for.
• Be passionate about AE & Aerie products and suggest items that fit guest needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and assist the team to get the job done.
• Adhere to AEO policies and procedures with integrity.
