Job summary

AEO's Aerie brand in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life and deliver an amazing shopping experience for every guest.

You will educate guests on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while upholding store policies. Ideal candidates are energetic, love interacting with people, and are at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people and delivering great guest experiences.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Support the team and contribute to store success.
• Uphold integrity and comply with AEO policies.
