Job summary

HomeWorks Energy, Inc. is hiring Brand Ambassadors to join our field marketing team in Massachusetts. This hourly role offers overtime eligibility and commissions, with a base rate of $23 per hour and additional weekly commissions, plus strong growth potential within the company.

You’ll engage with communities at hardware and grocery stores, farmers markets, and home shows, scheduling energy assessments and supporting event setup while traveling up to an hour from your territory.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel territory locations up to 1 hour away (mileage reimbursed).
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Table for HomeWorks Energy and Mass Save at retail locations and events.
• Schedule customers for a Home Energy Assessment or other in-home visits.
• Assist with event setup/breakdown; carry a 25-pound tent to events.
• Attend bi-weekly team meetings; some in Charleston, MA.
• Travel to events and tabling locations up to 1 hour away.
• Perform other duties as required.

Position type: This is an hourly job eligible for overtime, plus commission. This is a full-time position, but we also offer part-time hours.

HOMEWORKS ENERGY

is hiring Brand Ambassadors starting at $23 per hour plus commission ($200-$500 or more a week in commission on top of hourly rates!), along with strong growth opportunity within the company.

Responsibilities

Use your people skills from previous entry level sales roles, retail or customer service positions to engage directly with your community at hardware and grocery stores as well as fun events like farmers markets and home shows.

• Table for HomeWorks Energy and the Mass Save program at retail locations and events
• Responsible for scheduling customers for a Home Energy Assessment or other in home visits as needed
• Responsible for event setup and breakdown which requires carrying a table and a 25-pound tent to events. Setup and breakdown require manual dexterity.
• Attends bi-weekly team meetings, some of which are in Charleston, Ma
• Drives to events and tabling locations up to 1 hour away
• Performs other duties as required

Compensation
