Job summary

HomeWorks Energy is hiring Brand Ambassadors to work in field marketing roles, tabling at stores and events. The position is hourly with overtime eligibility and commission, plus potential weekly earnings from commissions.

The role includes flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and a clear path for growth within the company. Training is provided, and opportunities to advance are highlighted in the company culture.

Qualifications

• Must have strong people and communication skills.
• Experience in entry-level sales, retail, or customer service helps.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Table for HomeWorks Energy at hardware, grocery stores, and events.
• Engage with community and promote Mass Save program.
• Schedule customers for Home Energy Assessments or in-home visits.
• Set up and break down event materials including a 25-pound tent.
• Attend bi-weekly team meetings and travel to events up to an hour away.
• Drive to event and tabling locations as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.

Position type: This is an hourly job eligible for overtime, plus commission. This is a full-time position, but we also offer part-time hours.

HOMEWORKS ENERGY is hiring Brand Ambassadors starting at $23 per hour plus commission ($200-$500 or more a week in commission on top of hourly rates!), along with strong growth opportunity within the company.

Responsibilities

• Use your people skills from previous entry level sales roles, retail or customer service positions to engage directly with your community at hardware and grocery stores as well as fun events like farmers markets and home shows.
• Table for HomeWorks Energy and the Mass Save program at retail locations and events
• Responsible for scheduling customers for a Home Energy Assessment or other in home visits as needed
• Responsible for event setup and breakdown which requires carrying a table and a 25-pound tent to events. Setup and breakdown require manual dexterity.
• Attends bi-weekly team meetings, some of which are in Charleston, Ma
• Drives to events and tabling locations up to 1 hour away
• Performs other duties as required

Requirements

• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable form of transportation.
• Must be okay traveling to territory locations up to 1 hour away (mileage is reimbursed).
• Must be 18 years of age.

Compensation

$23 per hour plus the opportunity to earn weekly commission of $200-$300 per week
