Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a customer-focused retail professional in Williamsburg, VA to drive sales, assist shoppers, and uphold brand standards across in-store and digital channels.

You will build relationships with customers, operate a register, and help customers discover products while supporting team training and company initiatives. Flexible scheduling—including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts—will be required.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in a high-volume or specialty environment preferred.
