Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking outgoing Brand Ambassadors in the Tampa area to represent us at home shows, farmer's markets, and other events. You will engage attendees, educate on product features, and book appointments with our design consultants.

This paid role offers weekly pay with bonuses, part-time options, and training. A high school diploma and reliable transportation are required, with 3 weekends per month availability; you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, friendly, team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in customer service; events experience is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation to various event locations.
• Availability to work at least 3 weekends per month.
• Positive attitude, energetic and coachable.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event displays at home shows, concerts, and markets.
• Engage with attendees and book appointments with design consultants.
• Educate consumers on product features and benefits in a friendly, no-pressure environment.
• Learn and confidently communicate brand messaging and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event displays at home shows, concerts, farmer's markets, etc.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience; prior events experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation to various event locations

• Positive attitude, enthusiastic, professional, self-motivated, and willing to learn
• Ability to set up, run, and break down events; ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods with opportunities for breaks
• Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
