Responsibilities

• Become a field expert on in-house brands and educate clients and customers.
• Lead coordination and execution of brand promotions, including promotional items.
• Achieve weekly/monthly activation targets at events, pop-ups, and trade shows.
• Update CRM with detailed and comprehensive account notes.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure brand consistency across touchpoints.
• Analyze market trends and consumer preferences; advise on merchandising and product placement.
• Lead wholesale account dispensary openings and introductions.

We are seeking a passionate and driven individual, inspired by our brands, to join us as a Brand Ambassador, playing a crucial role in building and expanding our presence in dispensaries, events, and other opportunities. As a Brand Ambassador, you will serve as a spokesperson for our in-house brands. This dynamic role requires the ability to travel within the local network, establishing a strong on-site presence with clients and customers. Location: Daily travel Monday-Friday and frequent weekends within the operating state. Weekend availability required.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be a field expert in our in-house brands, understanding specifications, benefits, price structures, target audience, competition, and market positioning.
• Lead coordination and execution of our in-house brands through comprehensive product education and distributing promotional items.
• Consistently achieve weekly and monthly pop-up, drop-in, and account activation targets; account engagement micro-events, company-sponsored events, cannabis industry networking events, participation in trade shows, and other miscellaneous events.
• Update and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software with detailed and comprehensive account notes.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with accounts to analyze market trends and consumer preferences, providing insightful merchandising recommendations to optimize product placement and drive sales.
• Lead all aspects of new wholesale account dispensary grand openings, ensuring a seamless introduction of our products to the market.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Weekend availability required
• Willingness and availability to work outside standard business hours; ensuring active participation in events and initiatives as required
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related preferred
• 1+ year of cannabis industry experience strongly preferred
• Marketing, Communication, Broadcast, or Public Relations experience is a plus
• Social media content production savvy highly preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for engaging diverse audiences and conveying complex information with clarity and impact
• Proven ability to cultivate and nurture strong relationships, fostering connections with clients and customers through effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation, ensuring punctuality and flexibility to travel within the local network for on-site engagements
• Must be 21 years or older
