Urban Outfitters is seeking friendly and energetic teammates to help bring the brand to life on the sales floor in our Dallas store. You’ll engage customers with authentic conversations, share information about drops and promotions, and create memorable shopping experiences that keep guests coming back.

• Bring the Brand to Life

• Engage customers with authentic conversations, keep them informed about exclusive drops and promotions, and share your enthusiasm for products you're genuinely excited about; your energy helps create memorable experiences that keep customers coming back
• Make Shopping Seamless
• Help maintain a space that feels inspiring, organized, and easy to shop; from restocking to styling displays, you’ll keep the store looking fresh and on-brand
• Use in-store tech to support customers however they want to shop—whether that’s in-store, online, or somewhere in between
• Stay Curious + Flexible
• Be open to trying new things, jumping in where needed, and learning as you go—every day is a little different, and that’s part of the fun
