Mad City Windows & Baths is seeking Brand Ambassadors for in-person outreach in retail and event settings. You will discuss remodeling services, present special offers, and schedule free in-home demonstrations with potential customers.

No experience is required, training is provided. The role offers daytime to evening shifts, with PTO from day one and comprehensive benefits, aiming to drive growth within a leading national home improvement brand.

What We Offer

• Base hourly pay plus uncapped performance bonuses
  • Average first year earnings: $50k-$70k/yr
  • Top reps earn $80k+/yr
• Full and part-time roles available

• Engage with potential customers with direct, in-person outreach in retail environments and local event spaces

Key Qualifications

• No experience required!
  • Prior experience is a plus, but we are happy to train those without
• Self-motivated individuals looking to get out what they put in
• Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies first-hand
• Availability to work afternoons and weekends
  • Currently hiring for 11am - 7pm shifts Wednesday-Sunday
• Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individuals who thrive in human interaction
• Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (6-8+ hours/day)
  • Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for events
  • Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during promotions activities
