Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, is hiring Brand Ambassadors to engage customers through in-person outreach in retail spaces and local events. Earn base pay plus uncapped bonuses, with average first-year earnings of $50k–$70k and top reps earning $80k+ per year.

Key Qualifications

  • Prior experience is a plus, but we are happy to train those without
• Self-motivated individuals looking to get out what they put in
• Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies first-hand
• Availability to work afternoons and weekends
  • Currently hiring for 10am – 6pm shifts Wednesday-Sunday
• Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individuals who thrive in human interaction
• Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8+ hours/day)
  • Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for events
  • Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during promotions activities
