Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is hiring Brand Ambassadors to engage customers in retail environments and at local events, presenting remodeling services and special offers. Training is provided with opportunities for advancement.

We offer base hourly pay plus uncapped bonuses, with PTO from Day 1 and comprehensive benefits. Part-time and full-time roles available; shifts 11am–7pm, Wednesday-Sunday. First-year earnings target $50k-$70k, top reps $80k+.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods (6–8+ hours/day).
• Ability to work outdoors at events in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers in retail environments and event spaces.
• Introduce remodeling services and offers through friendly conversation.
• Schedule free in-home product demonstrations; no selling required.

About The Role

In this position, you will:

• Engage with potential customers with direct, in-person outreach in retail environments and local event spaces
• Introduce our remodeling services and special offers through friendly and informative conversation
• Generate interest and schedule our free in-home product demonstrations – no selling required!
• Represent one of the highest rated brands in the industry
• Use this experience as a stepping-stone into a career in management or furthering your sales career

Key Qualifications

• No experience required!
  • Prior experience is a plus, but we are happy to train those without
• Self-motivated individuals looking to get out what they put in
• Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies first-hand
• Availability to work afternoons and weekends
  • Currently hiring for 11am – 7pm shifts Wednesday-Sunday
• Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individuals who thrive in human interaction
