Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, seeks a Brand Ambassador to engage customers in retail and event spaces, presenting remodeling services and offers with friendly conversations. No selling required; lay the groundwork for future advancement.

Average first-year earnings are $50k–$70k; 11am–7pm Wed-Sun shifts, PTO from day one, and comprehensive benefits are offered. This is an on-site role with strong growth potential within the Renuity network.

What We Offer

• Base hourly pay plus uncapped performance bonuses

About the Role

In this position, you will:

• Engage with potential customers with direct, in-person outreach in retail environments and local event spaces
• Introduce our remodeling services and special offers through friendly and informative conversation
• Generate interest and schedule our free in-home product demonstrations – no selling required!
• Represent one of the highest rated brands in the industry
• Use this experience as a stepping-stone into a career in management or furthering your sales career

Key Qualifications

• No experience required!
  • Prior experience is a plus, but we are happy to train those without
• Self-motivated individuals looking to get out what they put in
• Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies first-hand
• Availability to work afternoons and weekends
  • Currently hiring for 11am – 7pm shifts Wednesday-Sunday
• Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individuals who thrive in human interaction
• Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (6-8+ hours/day)
  • Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for events
  • Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during promotions activities
