Job summary

DIME Industries is seeking a Brand Ambassador to represent the DIME brand across dispensaries, events, and in-store demos. You’ll educate budtenders and customers, drive sales, and create engaging experiences that highlight product highlights and terpenes in a fun, relatable way.

You’ll set up displays, distribute samples and promo materials, and train staff on new drops while maintaining accurate sales records and inventory for multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• Cannabis or Brand Ambassador experience preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills required.
• Must be organized, punctual, and able to manage your own schedule.

What You’ll Do:

As a Brand Ambassador, you’re not just promoting a product — you’re the face of the brand. You’ll be the go-to expert at pop-ups, dispensary visits, and cannabis industry events, building excitement and educating customers and budtenders about what makes DIME stand out.

Key responsibilities include:

• Represent the DIME brand at dispensaries, events, and demos
• Educate and engage customers with product knowledge and sampling
• Drive sales and customer awareness through compelling in-person interactions
• Share product details in a fun, relatable way
• Distribute samples, coupons, swag, and promo materials
• Set up clean, eye-catching displays and demo tables
• Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory
• Place reorders for accounts and support retail growth
• Train budtenders on new drops and core product lines

Who You Are:

• A natural people-person who brings positive energy wherever you go
• Passionate about cannabis and eager to be on the front lines of the industry
• Strong communicator who’s comfortable speaking to groups or 1:1
• Organized, punctual, and able to manage your own schedule
• Tech-savvy with basic CRM or reporting experience (a plus)
• Comfortable working weekdays/nights and weekends
• Has reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• 21 years or older

Bonus Points:

• 1+ year of experience in cannabis or Brand Ambassador roles
• You’ve worked in retail, sales, or event marketing before
• Familiarity with dispensary operations and compliance
• You love talking terpenes, potency, and product innovation

Physical Stuff:

• Able to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable driving to multiple locations and setting up displays
