Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, is seeking Brand Ambassadors in Cincinnati to engage potential customers in retail spaces and local events. You will introduce remodeling services, generate interest, and schedule free in-home demonstrations with no selling required.

Openings include full-time and part-time roles. Excellent benefits, uncapped bonuses, and strong earning potential in the first year await motivated, outgoing individuals who are eager to grow with a national brand.

Qualifications

• No experience required!
• Prior experience is a plus, but we are happy to train those without
• Self-motivated individuals looking to get out what they put in
• Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies first-hand
• Availability to work afternoons and weekends
• Currently hiring for 11am - 7pm shifts Wednesday-Sunday
• Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individuals who thrive in human interaction
• Physical Requirements
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (6-8+ hours/day)
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for events
• Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during promotions activities

What We Offer

• Base hourly pay plus uncapped performance bonuses
• Average first year earnings: $50k-$70k/yr
• Top reps earn $80k+/yr
