Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is hiring a part-time Brand Ambassador at our Bayamón location. You will bring the brand to life by delivering an amazing shopping experience and building loyalty with every guest. You will be the face of the brand, energetic, and proud to represent AE and Aerie products.

You’ll engage guests, educate on product details, and promote the loyalty program while flexing across Salesfloor and stock areas. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, helpful service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Positive attitude, reliable teamwork, and guest advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE/Aerie product details and make fitting recommendations.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Move flexibly between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals and deliver great service.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies in all interactions.
