Simpro Group is seeking a program-driven specialist to expand our global brand advocacy and customer storytelling initiatives. You’ll develop and maintain initiatives across Simpro brands, transforming satisfied customers into engaged advocates and contributing to referrals, testimonials, communities and events.

You will design structured pathways for customers to become vocal brand champions, track sentiment and engagement, and collaborate across teams to align customer voice with opportunities

Competenze

• 2+ years in Brand Advocacy, Community, Customer Marketing, Field Marketing, or related B2B SaaS roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required.
• Experience building advocacy or community programs to drive brand affinity.
• Familiarity with review platforms and reputation management strategies.

• Support development, execution and maintenance of a global advocacy program across all Simpro Group brands.
• Help design programs that turn strong customer satisfaction into emotional brand loyalty.
• Track and report customer acts of advocacy, engagement, sentiment and brand affinity.
• Coordinate with teams to source references, referrals, media and community engagements.
• Assist in managing awards program and customer events.
