Ergodyne is seeking a Field Activation Coordinator to support the development, organization, and ongoing improvement of field activation initiatives. You will work with the Director of Brand Experience to create customized display solutions and manage booth kits, tabletop experiences, and on-site assets.

Travel is approximately 20% with in-office collaboration Monday through Thursday and remote Fridays. You will coordinate regional trade shows, events, and seller onboarding sample kits, while

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in marketing, business, communications.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Responsabilités

• Support development and improvement of field activation display programs.
• Coordinate booth kits, displays and assets for regional events.
• Develop customized display solutions based on seller needs and space.
• Organize inventory and replenish activation assets; gather field feedback.
