Job summary

PIMCO seeks an Associate to join Brand Activation in Newport Beach, CA. You will drive the execution of integrated brand and marketing initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to plan and activate programs that support firmwide brand priorities.

You will manage multiple campaigns across channels, leverage data and AI-enabled tools, coordinate with Marketing, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and external partners, and deliver on-time experiences that enhance engagement and conversion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Liberal Arts.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in financial services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of emerging marketing tactics and channels across paid, owned, and earned.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of Brand Activation strategy and objectives.
• Own day-to-day project management across key initiatives and timelines.
• Manage multiple projects, ensure on-time delivery across workstreams.
• Drive execution of integrated marketing campaigns and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and external partners.
• Develop content for social and internal communications with best practices.
