Job summary

Banner Bank invites you to join our employee advisor model as a Wealth Advisor affiliated with LPL Financial. This role will require the employee to work on-site at the local bank branch located in Medford or Eugene, OR.

As a Wealth Advisor, you will deliver non-deposit investment products and services, solicit new investments, and partner with Retail Branch Managers to support cross-selling opportunities while maintaining strong relationships across branches.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years investment sales experience in a financial institution.
• Active Life Insurance license and securities registrations as required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong communication and relational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize consultative, holistic approach to sales process and needs assessment.
• Provide needs-based financial solutions including brokerage, advisory, and insurance products.
• Meet or exceed sales goals while ensuring compliance with regulations.
