Job summary

Banner Bank seeks a Wealth Advisor affiliated with LPL Financial to serve as a dedicated representative at one or more local branches in Medford or Eugene, OR. The role focuses on delivering NDIPs and advisory services to a retail client base.

You will actively solicit investments and insurance solutions, build partnerships with branch managers, and maintain strong relationships across assigned branches while meeting sales goals with regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years investment sales experience in a financial institution
• Active State Life Insurance License and FINRA registrations: Series 7, 63 (if required), and 65/66 as applicable
• Must be registered or willing to acquire within six months of hire
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and broker-dealer applications including PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Utilizing a consultative, holistic approach, sales process, and assessment tools where appropriate
• Providing comprehensive, needs-based financial solutions to clients by offering a range of investment/insurance solutions
• Delivering needs-based financial solutions by offering brokerage, advisory, and insurance solutions to meet client needs
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory, broker-dealer and institution requirements
• Delivering high quality customer service during each interaction
• Building relationships with retail branch staff to generate referrals and cross-sell opportunities
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals for assigned territory while ensuring policy compliance
