Job summary

Mechanics Bank is seeking a Wealth Advisor affiliated with LPL Financial to deliver Non-Deposit Investment Products and advisory services to branch clients across Portland, OR, Lake Oswego, OR, and Vancouver, WA. The role focuses on an advice-based approach to financial solutions for an assigned client base.

You will collaborate with Retail Branch Managers, actively solicit investments and insurance solutions, and maintain relationships across assigned branches.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years investment sales experience in a financial institution.
• Active FINRA licenses: Life, Series 7, Series 63/65/66 (as required by state).
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NDIPs and advisory services to branch clients.
• Solicit new and existing investments and insurance solutions.
• Provide a range of brokerage, advisory, and insurance solutions to meet client needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and broker-dealer requirements.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and build referrals with branch staff.
• Meet or exceed sales goals while following policies and procedures.
