United Refrigeration, Inc. in San Marcos, TX is seeking a warehouse support associate responsible for pulling orders, receiving shipments, and preparing products for shipment with UPS, FedEx, and carriers.

The role requires heavy lifting, forklift operation, and friendly customer service at the counter, with mandatory overtime during peak seasons and inventory. You will maintain a safe, clean work environment and ensure accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Ability to use computer system as pertains to the job.
• Able to work at a fast but accurate pace and handle high volume.
• Ability to get along with customers and other employees, follow directions and work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Pull orders for customers, check orders for accuracy.
• Load and unload shipments/deliveries in a timely manner while using proper equipment.
• Prepare product for shipment via UPS, FedEx and common carrier.
• Receive shipments from UPS, FedEx and common carrier.
• Handle and process paperwork on damaged product.
• Prepare Returns and Reclaims for shipment including appropriate paperwork.
• Break down and put away stock using proper equipment.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously by name (if known).
• Answer telephones promptly and courteously identifying yourself and the company.
• Regular and punctual attendance.
• Assist at counter as needed.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment inside and out; i.e., empty trash, sweep floors, clean bathroom(s), etc.
